After serving for 15 years as Milliman’s Chief Marketing Officer, Pamela has turned her attention to serving as the firm’s Global Social Responsibility Officer. Pamela has also formed Amity Advisory to help professional services firms understand this emerging trend, to assess existing CSR initiatives and to strategically address any gaps in a firm’s CSR framework to help achieve the financial benefits of a strategic, holistic approach to the Triple Bottom Line – People, Planet, Profit.

Prior to joining Milliman, Pam’s career concentrated in marketing and communications for law firms, including four years with Jennings Strouss & Salmon in Phoenix, two years with Hughes Thorsness in Anchorage, and eleven years with Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle.
