Q: Can multiple people at my firm participate in a live webinar?

A: Yes.  Live webinar registration includes one telephone and internet line connection, and you may have an unlimited number of people view the live program at your site.  Many firms attend the live webinars in a conference room and provide lunch for multiple attendees.

Q: How do I register for a course?

A: Simply browse through the Lex Mundi Learning Network and click on the course title you are interested in.   The course page will display program details, registration fee (if applicable) and direct link to the registration page.  Click the registration page link and follow the steps for registration. Please note: you will need to log in or set up an account to complete registration for a course.

Q: Are there any discounts for live and recorded courses?

A: Many of the Lex Mundi Learning Network courses are free of charge and open to the public.  For fee-based courses, registration has already been discounted to $150.  Lex Mundi members receive an additional discount.  If you are a Lex Mundi member, you must log in to the Learning Network to access the discounted rate associated with each course; your log in for the learning network is the same as your Lex Mundi website log in and password.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of the course I signed up for?

A: Yes. Once your registration is complete and payment is processed (if applicable), you will receive an email confirmation with detailed order information and course access instructions.

Q: When will I receive instructions on how to participate in the live webinar or recording?

A: Once registration is complete and payment is processed (if applicable), you will receive an email confirmation with your detailed order information and course access instructions.  You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the scheduled live event with course access instructions.

Q: What if I never received an email with course access instructions?

A: You can log in to "My Learning Network Account" to access any course for which you have registered.

Q: How late can I register for a live webinar?

A: There are no time restrictions associated with registering for live webinars; you may register at anytime.

Q: Do I need special equipment to participate in a live webinar or an on-demand event?

A: No, all that is required for both live and on-demand programs is an internet connection with audio capability.

Q: Can I record a live webinar for replay?

A: All live webinars will be converted into on-demand recordings and will be available for re-broadcast for a limited time at no additional charge.

Q: What do I do if I don't remember my user name and /or password?

A: Your user name is your email address.  If you have forgotten your password, type your email address and click on the login button. Your password will be emailed to you.

A:  Credit regulations for web-based courses vary from one jurisdiction to another. It is recommended that you check with your regulating agency to verify MCLE/CPD approval for web-based courses.  All courses sponsored by the Lex Mundi Learning Network follow MCLE/CPD basic guidelines for legal content presentation and certificate of attendance validation.
