Chris has previously worked in blue chip leading consulting, accounting and financial services organisations (PriceWaterhouse, Ernst & Young and NatWest Bank).
One of the busiest speakers and writers on law firm operational management, Chris is a regular keynote speaker, chair and panellist at conferences in Europe and the US. He has been a regular guest tutor at Nottingham Law School’s innovative legal MBA programme and an active member of a number of advisory boards. He has authored two books published by Managing Partner/Ark: ‘Law Firms in the Digital Age’ (2013) and ‘The Legal Process Improvement Toolkit’ (2012).
